You can attend the course at BPMARINE or PENTAGON but then u have to present them with a proof of you passing all the written and orals.And that u can do only if u have a copy of the form-15 where the surveyor has written 'pass' in all the functions. So, in short try getting this copy from the mmd in order to attend the gasco course!
